For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Massive Miniteam GmbH, Rommerskirchener Str. 21, Germany. By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Twitter is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. Participants will not assert any claims against the aforementioned operators of the platforms in connection with the competition.

1) Duration of the competition

The contest runs from October 18th, 2024 (CEST 10:00 am), the announcement of its beginning, until October 31st, 2024 (CEST 12:00 pm/noon). During this period, consumers will be given the opportunity to participate in the online competition.

2) Competition procedure

Each participant shall enter the competition on X or Reddit:

• On X:
  • Create a Halloween outfit in the game's character editor
    
  • Retweet the competition announcement with an added screenshot of the created look

• On Reddit:
  • Create a Halloween outfit in the game's character editor
    
  • Add a screenshot of the created look as a comment under the competition's announcement post

The winners are decided by the number of likes (X) or upvotes (Reddit).

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries published after the end date will not be considered eligible. Only one submitted entry per participant is accepted on both platforms. Using multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning is strictly prohibited. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligible participants

Eligible are natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to consumers and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Persons who have not reached the age of 18 by the end of each raffle are expressly excluded from the competition.
If participants have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Employees of THQ Nordic, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and their dependents are not eligible to enter. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any person from participation if there are reasonable grounds for doing so, such as:

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with participation or execution of the competition,

(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,

(c) in the event of dishonest conduct, or

(d) the participant provides false or misleading information concerning participation in the competition.

The participant declares that he/she will only participate in the competition if he/she fulfils all the conditions of participation.

4) Prize, notification and delivery of the prize

The prizes are:

• X (formerly Twitter): There will be three winners, each entitled to one key for the "Oddspark: An Automation Adventure Supporters Pack." Additionally, the first prize winner will receive an exclusive "Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure" mousepad shipped from Germany.

Winners will be determined from the sum of entries by the number of likes (X) or upvotes (Reddit) on October 31st 5:00 pm CEST. Winners will be notified by DM on X (formerly Twitter) or chat via Reddit. The winner will only be contacted by the official Massive Miniteam channel.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Automated entries will be excluded from participation. In the case of digital keys, the winner will be sent a direct message on the respective social media platform. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

The promoter is permitted to name the winners using their user names on X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit.

5) Premature termination of the competition

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The promoter shall make use of this option in particular if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
In such cases, the participant has no claims whatsoever.

6) Data privacy

As part of the competition, the user names of the participants will be collected on the respective social media platforms. This data will be collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and deleted thereafter, with the exception of the winners. The winners assure that the personal data they provide, in particular first name, last name, address and e-mail address are true and correct.

All data with the exception of the winners’ data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. The name and address of the winners will be used for the purpose of processing the competition and for proof of fulfillment and will be stored for no longer than the duration of statutory retention periods for business letters. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and c) DSGVO. There is no right of objection unless the participant withdraws participation in accordance with section 7). 7) Revocation

The participant is free at any time to effect the deletion of their registration data by revocation at contact@massiveminiteam.com and thus to withdraw from participation.

The competition of the promoter is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation.
