Our Hiring Process
We try to keep it simple.
Step 1: Email Response
Whether your application looks good to us on paper, or it's not quite a fit, or we just had a lot of great candidates, we do our best to reply to your application as timely as we can.
Step 2: First Call
We'll arrange for a first screening interview, which is a casual 30 minute chat about your background and to give you further information about the role.
Step 3: Technical Interview
We'll give you some dates for you to come visit us in Pulheim for a more in-depth 90 minutes talk with your future leads and coworkers.
Step 4: Final Interview
We're a small company, we want you to have a chat with the founders and together, we can evaluate whether we fit each other and would enjoy working with each other.
If everything matches, the next thing you can expect is an offer from us!
